Elegant Samovar in silver plated metal from the famous Parisian silverware house Christofle. Its founder introduced in the middle of the 19th century the technique of gilding and silvering by electrolysis, which marked the rise of silverware in France. The brand will decorate the greatest tables of the time, and is still recognized today as a refined and luxurious art company.
This shaped piece consists of a kettle, topped with a lid decorated with a pull knob in the shape of an open flower and foliage. It rests on a structure cut on four feet, which includes in its center the heating element with a wick.
A true testimony of an art of living from another era, and of a goldsmith's know-how, this very beautiful Samovar will skilfully decorate your table.
