    Splendid Grand Plateau à relief de Service formant Centre de Table in silver-plated metal in the Louis XV style, rectangular in shape, curved and poly-lobed, with a sumptuously rich applique decoration of vine shoots and bunches of Grapes, with very fine chasing and a beautifully executed relief decoration with two handles with side handles decorated with Bois de vignes. The interior is beautifully engraved with shells, stylized acanthus leaves, bunches of roses, foliage and scrolls, and various guilloches with matte and glossy parts. The central cartouche features the Comtale du Berry coat of arms (see attached historical information) with a motto in Banniére au Vent.

    Condition report: Very good overall condition with beautiful period Silvering, please note classic micro-scratches on inner tray (antique tray), some micro-wear on inner rim. No impacts, complete, traces of use and age. Mid-nineteenth century.
