    This tapestry was created in the 20th century after a hanging discovered in the 16th century in the Bordeaux region, attributed to the Ateliers des Flandres (Brussels) around 1500. This tapestry is exhibited at the Hôtel de Cluny (Paris). This masterpiece of medieval art depicts one of the favorite pastimes of the lords of the time: falcon hunting, also known in the 16th century as "pleasant hunting" or "volley hunting."
