Rare basket clock in lacquered sheet metal and gilt bronze, applied with staples decorated with acanthus and foliage.
Decorated with a bouquet of porcelain flowers.
Empire period circa 1810.
The white enamelled dial with Roman numerals for the hours, located in Paris is surrounded by a frieze of water leaves. The set rests on an oval base finished by small flattened feet.
Movement complete with silk thread suspension.
In perfect working condition, serviced by a specialized watchmaker.
Sounds the hours and half-hours.
Stamp, pendulum and key provided.
Total height: 50 cm.
