    This sumptuous ormolu and alabaster mantel set is a remarkable example of 19th-century refinement, inspired by the Louis XVI style. It is composed of a clock and two candlesticks, whose rich, meticulously crafted details make it an exceptional piece.
    The clock is distinguished by its leafy, scrolled decoration, crowned by an elegant urn. The dial bears the signature "A. Ducommun & Fils Avignon," testifying to the quality and expertise of the manufacturer. Its base is adorned with elaborate scrolls, garlands of flowers and medallions, adding a further touch of refinement.
    The clock mechanism is stamped "Japy Frères & Cie - Grande Médaille d'Honneur" dating from 1880.
    The candlesticks, with their five arms of light adorned with acanthus scrolls, embody a perfect harmony between functionality and decorative art.
