Bulova Parking Meter Bullhead Automatic Chronograph Micro Rotor 1973

Watch signed BULOVA, PARKING METER model, called "Bullhead", from 1973, the original year of production of this model.
This chronograph is equipped with an automatic micro-rotor movement. The inner bezel features a tachymeter scale.

Its volume and overall aesthetic make this watch highly representative of its era. The chronometer and small seconds dials are arranged and shaped to evoke the shape of classic parking meters, hence the name "Parking Meter".
The slate-blue color of the outer bezel also evokes the color of some of these parking meters and underscores the watch's "bullhead" aesthetic, finalized by the push-buttons located at around 10:10 on the outside of the case.
In addition to its aesthetic evocative of the timekeepers of that era, this watch features the colors so widely used in the 70s. The blue apertures and bezel are joined by a yellow chronograph hand.
