Claude Agier Mollinari ceramic
White stoneware ceramic topped with a smooth, translucent crystal.
It is composed of three types of surface, each with a different color and texture.
On closer inspection, the textured folds reveal a bewitching play of blue (photo 3).
When the sphere is opened, a glazed aurora borealis appears - the signature of Claude's work. The stone at the top, gleaned from nature, provides the starting point for the work. Each box is a universe to hold in your hands.
