Description:
This exceptional balance was used for high-precision weighing in pharmacies and laboratories. It is composed of :
a 4-sided glass structure, in varnished wood, with two lateral guillotine doors,
two brass trays suspended from a central beam, with knurled adjustment system,
a lower drawer housing the original case containing the precision weights (brass and aluminum), protected in special compartments lined with red velvet,
manufacturer's plate, original instructions and authentic markings.
Condition:
Exceptional state of preservation, entirely original.
Scale tested, functional and accurate.
No shortcomings to report, except for the missing drawer key, which has no effect on its use or aesthetics.
