A pretty and charming plaque composed of six polychrome Delftware tiles from the 18th century, decorated with a bird and a cage, the latter in manganese color.
A similar example is held at the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Lille. The tiles (one of which was previously damaged) are presented in a frame measuring 47 x 34 cm. Very decorative!
