Rare old mother-of-pearl embroidery kit, First half of the 19th century.
In a box shaped like a coffee table with drawer. Box made of mother-of-pearl plaques engraved, sculpted and mounted on gilded bronze.
The tools are made of mother-of-pearl and the needle case bears the enameled image of the Palais Royal.
Small accidents on the bottle cap and on the hook holder. The scissors are in fairly good condition, just a very small, barely visible chip (see photo with white arrows).
