About the Bouhon house:
The Bouhon Frères factory specializes in fireplaces and their accessories in bronze and wrought iron. The 2 brothers Thomas and Joseph run a shop in the Marais district of Paris, from where they are called on several times to be part of the exhibition jury. Bouhon Frères was thus congratulated at the 1900 Universal Exhibition by the international jury for these "entirely new screens and andirons". She received the gold medal there, just as she received it at the 1897 Universal Exhibition in Brussels.
