Made of ebony, silver, and gilded copper, with an architectural shape highlighted by four detached columns, it houses a head of the eleven thousand Virgins of the Society of Saint Ursula.
Richly embroidered with gold and silver thread, the base is embellished with hardstone cabochons inscribed in openwork silver motifs.
The upper part, richly applied with busts of cherubs, shells, and scrolls in silver and gilded copper, is topped with a cross.
