    Here is this large statue in carved wood and white lacquer dating from the 17th or 18th century (or earlier), representing Mary Magdalene, with a carved medallion indicating MM.
    The wood seems to be larch or spruce which makes me think of a folk art statue from the Alps.
    Good general condition, 2 big iron rings forged on the back, wear.
    Total height 93 cm, an apple is put on the picture for the scale
