Made of gilded copper, our reliquary comes from the prestigious Reinhold Hofstatter collection, dispersed in 2016.
A quality piece from the late 15th or early 16th century.
Resting on an ornate, multi-lobed base with beading, a very finely engraved stem adorned with a large olive, houses a hexagonal niche with antique glass.
It is topped with a ribbed dome surmounted by a Latin cross.
Dimensions: 31.5 cm high by 14 cm wide at the base.
A collector's item
This antique piece, over 500 years old, is in good condition.
