The slender, finely carved headboard posts lend a beautiful verticality to the piece. The headboard and footboard feature floral bas-relief decoration, accentuated by crossbars that enhance the elegance of the silhouette. The bed is in good overall condition. Note: there are two discreet, previous restorations on the carved elements of the posts, visible in the photographs, which do not affect the bed’s structural integrity or overall aesthetic.
