Antique Louis XIV Neapolitan bedside table in burr walnut with rosewood inserts.
The burr walnut surface plays with the veining and contrasting chiaroscuro of the various inlays.
The decoration is typical of 18th-century Neapolitan style, with the classic contrasting insert and bronze coat-of-arms on the lock.
The two corners and the top are highlighted by elegant end-to-end wooden borders.
The three-drawer front is accentuated by a beautiful movement repeated on the sides, with wedge-shaped sides typical of Neapolitan cabinetmakers of the period.
The two cabriolet legs feature the classic cabriolet shape and are linked by a mixtilinear belt.
