Beautiful Walnut Sideboard, reminiscent of the Creations of Maison Leleu, a French establishment founded in 1882. This name really took off from the 1920s, with iconic furniture borrowed from the Art Deco style. For example, this company personally took care of the private dining room of the Elysée Palace at the request of the President of the Republic Vincent Auriol (from 1959 to 1966).
This Cabinet offers a top with small recess moldings.
It opens with three doors with wide frames in Miter Cut. In the center of each one, there is a motif of Arabesques and Mahogany foliage, with inlays of Mother of Pearl and Copper, revealing a face on a Thuja burl background. These inlaid panels are highlighted by surrounds formed by protruding rods. Each door is equipped with a functional lock, a brass entrance and its key.
The interior of this Cabinet is furnished in the state of five shelves in Light Ash with visible fields Worked. They are placed on racks and therefore Interchangeable and adjustable in height. Note that the central part of this Sideboard is equipped with an interior drawer 11 cm deep.
The front uprights of this sideboard are in solid walnut with moldings.
The lower part is made up of a slightly cut-out Large Traverse. The whole rests on four feet in Sabots, with Volutes for those in front.
The back of this Cabinet is an Oak panel.
