Boiserie sideboard in the Transition taste, in Solid Walnut, with the exception of the two rear legs which are in Cherry.
Two boards make up its Tray, which has a Bec-de-corbin Perimeter, with a slight Doucine Molding.
This piece of furniture opens on the front with two independent doors, nicely worked in knockout moldings and flowerbed panels. Each is equipped with a hinge and an ornate iron entrance. The Left one is dummy, while the Right one comes with its Original Key and Lock.
A removable shelf resting on fixed cleats, fitted with its period hook, lined the interior of this sideboard, thus offering it an interesting storage configuration.
The Base gives the whole a Graceful touch, by the presence of the Cut-out Crosspiece, and that of Quarter-round Uprights finished with a Delicate Crowbar.
We find on the sides of this piece of furniture flowerbed panels with mouldings, and balanced curves in the lower part, which echo those on the facade.
We will appreciate the Authenticity of this Buffet de Boiserie dating from the 18th century, which will undoubtedly bring Cachet to your Interior.
