This rectangular coffee table from the 1940s by the French firm Jansen is characterized by its double top. The first one consists of a transparent glass and the second one of a spacer shelf with an eglomerate black mirror. The latter has an airy frame set with brass flowers.
This piece of furniture rests on four column feet in brushed steel, topped with pine cones and finished in spindle. These fine details make this neo-classical table a refined piece.
The House of Jansen was founded in Paris in 1880 and specializes in interior design. Blending new trends and Anglo-Japanese style, it pays particular attention to the historical details of its pieces and to the expectations of its clients in the creation of their spaces.
