This butcher's block, manufactured by the X. Aubert factories in Dijon, is a solid beech piece of furniture, designed for strength and durability. It features a thick cutting surface and dovetail joints. Each corner is reinforced with metal plates for added strength. A metal plate in the center of the front bears the inscription "USINES X.AUBERT Matériel & Fournitures DIJON." The block rests on four solid wooden legs, with wide decorative grooves reminiscent of the Art Deco movement. There is also an open storage area beneath the cutting surface, ideal for storing butchery tools or accessories. A unique piece of furniture that reflects the current trend.
