This superb antique table is distinguished by the nobility of its wood: solid walnut with its rich grain and warm hue, typical of fine country cabinetmaking. Unlike rustic models, which are often very massive, this one offers a fluid, airy line thanks to its four spindle-shaped legs, which lighten its silhouette.
Generous in size (almost 2 meters long), it comfortably seats 8 to 10 guests for convivial meals. It's also highly functional, with two drawers (one on the side and one on the front), perfect for storing cutlery, napkins or small everyday items. The shell handles add an extra touch of charm.
The table has been fully restored in our workshops: carefully sanded to reveal the beauty of the wood, followed by protection with a colorless matte varnish (2 coats) that makes it resistant to stains (water, wine, grease) while preserving its natural appearance.
