Beautiful Louis XIV style walnut veneer commode.

It features four drawers in three rows.

Beautiful gilt bronze mounts: keyhole escutcheons, drawer pulls, apron, and feet.
Flushed brass moldings adorn the uprights and between the drawers.
Brocatelle purple marble top from the Jura region with a corbin beak edge.
Very much in keeping with the style of the period.
Circa 1900.
