Very beautiful Louis XIV commode from the early 18th century, slightly curved on the front, with flat sides, decorated with geometric marquetry.

We can find a marquetry of olive wood, walnut,rosewood and boxwood. Superb wood marquetry with geometric decorations on the sides and bronzes.
It opens with five drawers in 4 rows. This is always more elegant than just four long drawers.
Rounded edges highlighted by wood fillets
The drawer interiors are in walnut . A sign of quality
It is topped with its original Saint Anne marble, which is intact.
