Small Regional Bonnetière in solid Cherry, Louis XV style - Mid-19th century

Charming Little Bonnetière from the Loire Valley Region, Louis XV style, in solid Blond Cherry on its Front and Sides.
It is topped with a Sober Cornice with a slight Doucine Molding.
This Furniture consists of a Pretty Chamfered and Movemented Door in its Top, with two Circular and Projecting Decorations joining in the center. The main panel is recessed, and this opening is held by a long iron plug, with three attachment points. This door is provided with a Long Finely Cut Entry, as well as a lock in working order, accompanied by its key. Everything is original and made of iron.
The interior of this property is lined with three shelves, all of which are 40 cm deep. These are placed on racks and therefore adjustable as desired over a total storage height of 171 cm.
In its Upper Traverse, this Furniture is embellished with a Sculpture representing two Flowering branches. We find a motif of the same register, more consequent, in the Lower Chantournée and Moulurée part of this Bonnetière. It should be noted that these Ornaments are the result of a Meticulous Cabinetwork work, since they were designed with Breakout, in other words shaped by the size of the Wood in its thickness.
The sides are Paneled, set back and fortified by a Central Traverse.
The set rests on feet of small dimensions. The front ones are rounded, finished with a doe-foot movement and embellished with a leaf motif on the edge. Those at the back are more sober.
This piece of furniture combining reasonable dimensions with a substantial storage capacity will be ideal for rooms with modest surfaces. We will remember the discreet personality of this Petite Bonnetière Régionale as well as its timeless elegance.
