A three-tiered side table or shelf in veneered wood, richly decorated with floral marquetry, characteristic of the 19th-century Napoleon III style. Each shelf is adorned with a refined design of bouquets and finely inlaid plant motifs, framed by contrasting fillets that highlight the quality of the craftsmanship. The top shelf is surrounded by an openwork brass gallery. The structure rests on twisted, black lacquered uprights, typical of the Napoleon III aesthetic, creating a harmonious contrast with the wood and the richness of the marquetry. The overall silhouette is light and balanced, both decorative and functional. Perfect as an occasional table, serving cart, or display stand, this shelf integrates ideally into a classic or refined interior. Good overall condition, with a beautiful antique patina. Minor signs of wear consistent with age.
