    Mahogany parlor side table with a tripod base and a Gris Sainte Anne marble top integrated into the frame. Louis XVI–Directoire period, late 18th century.

    This type of portable table—a lightweight piece that can be easily moved—was used in the 18th century as a tea table. In addition, our side table is equipped with a swiveling top so that it can be stored against a wall.

    A beautiful piece that exemplifies the refinement of French furniture at the end of the 18th century, with all its small, purpose-built pieces.

    Our guéridon is in excellent condition. No damage. The buffed varnish has been completely restored by our cabinetmaker. Original 18th-century restoration with a single leg.
