    Antique Carved Solid Walnut Wardrobe – Louis XIII Period – 17th Century

    Superb antique wardrobe in solid wood, richly carved, featuring a typical Louis XIII-inspired design with rocaille motifs and foliate medallions.

    General Description

    This wardrobe is distinguished by its molded and deeply carved panel doors, adorned with large central relief cartouches framed by scrolls and foliage. The lower rails echo the same carved decoration, creating a beautiful aesthetic coherence.

    The piece rests on turned front legs and straight rear legs, giving it stability and a distinguished presence. The molded and projecting upper cornice emphasizes its traditional and elegant character.
