Small armoire painted in the Uzès style. Mid 17th century.
Originally from Lyon. The walnut front is pegged.
The fir sides and back are fully assembled with forged nails.
Three twisted half-columns adorn the front.
The whole is painted in the style of the famous Uzès cupboards.
The doors feature four painted diamond-shaped scenes and two reserves in the middle.
The door frames and the rest of the façade are decorated with foliate scrolls.
The interior features three shelves and two drawers.
