    MADO is the pseudonym of glassmaker Paul DAUM (1888-1944).
    He left the Daum glassworks to create a subsidiary of the Daum company between 1925 and 1934, under the name Mado.
    A Resistance fighter, he was arrested by the Gestapo and died in the Gestapo torture camp at Neu Bremm.
