Very pretty vase from the Etablissements Gallé
from the period following his death (between 1904 and 1931)
The form is paned in orange multi-layered glass with vine blossom decoration, acid-etched.
Height 17 cm and diameter of the body 9 cm.
Note a defect in the glass in the form of a grayish round spot towards the top of the vase, (6th photo; above the vine leaf) which a previous owner tried to file away.
However, the object remains very beautiful, with no cracks or splinters, and this greyish spot doesn't spoil the pleasure of arranging it in your decoration,
and use it with a few pretty field flowers, for example!
