An elegant Art Deco vase made of acid-etched multilayered glass, created by Charles Schneider (1881–1953) at the Verreries Schneider in Épinay-sur-Seine, bearing the famous “Le Verre Français” signature, circa 1924–1927.
This piece belongs to the series known as “Digitales,” whose design features stylized foxglove flowers in vibrant orange-red hues, delicately etched in relief against a soft pink marbled glass background.
The slender, elongated ovoid body rests on a circular pedestal in a deep burgundy-purple hue, adorned with a characteristic ring-shaped knot. The slightly flared neck emphasizes the harmonious and elegant proportions of the piece as a whole.
Signature: LE VERRE FRANÇAIS, on the base.
    Height: 24 cm.
    Date: Circa 1925.
