Large decorative glazed ceramic platter by Laurence Saint-Amour
This magnificent large decorative handcrafted ceramic platter by Laurence Saint-Amour features a spectacular cobalt blue glaze with subtle variations in texture and depth.
The high-relief decoration depicts a composition of fruit, bunches of grapes, foliage, and flowers, all modeled and hand-painted in polychrome tones.
This piece combines refined sculptural work with a highly luminous glaze, typical of high-end decorative productions from the second half of the 20th century.
The contrast between the intense blue background and the raised fruit creates a striking decorative presence.
Thanks to its strong decorative appeal, this piece can be used as a large serving platter or as a decorative wall element. Artist: Laurence Saint-Amour
