Large pair of Asian earthenware vases.

Richly decorated with generous polychrome in shades of red, orange, blue, and pink, the vases are enhanced with raised enamel details.

Natural and floral motifs, including cherry blossoms, frame lively reserves depicting scenes with figures and courtesans.

In excellent condition and impressively large, the thick necks attest to the quality of the craftsmanship. They rest on their wooden bases.

20th century.
