    ROBERT PICAULT (1919-2000)
    He took Applied Arts courses with Roger Capron and Robert Derval, then founded the Callis workshop with them in Vallauris in 1946. He then created his own structure. Numerous personal pieces decorated with women and animals and creation of decorations for the Longchamp earthenware factories of which he became the artistic director in the 70s.
