Pair of solid silver torch candlesticks, hallmarked Fermiers Généraux de Laval, silversmith André Lasnier (received master in 1741), octagonal-section tapered shaft and socket, mounted on a base also octagonal with moldings and contours, base engraved with coat of arms with a blazon framed by foliate motifs, 18th century period.
These candlesticks are in good condition and of exceptional quality. Hallmarked, see photos.
