Beautiful sconces in gilded bronze delicately carved dating from the Empire.
Each of these sconces is represented by a beautiful angel with spread wings seeming to spring from a crown of flowers. This one maintains with its haughty head and its hands, a broad circle from which radiate three arms of lights.
Each candle holder is made of an imperial eagle standing with its wings spread on an egg. The eagles support the wicks on their heads.
The finesse and elegance of these refined sconces testify to the skill of the craftsmen of the early 19th century.
