Fluted, then round barrel; brass rice-grain front sight. Breech shank forming rise
Flat-body lock, converted for percussion operation, signed JALABERT LAMOTTE in SAINT-ETIENNE; small chased decoration. Iron counterplate with foliage decoration.
Iron fittings.
Short-stemmed walnut frame, carved on the stock with a boar's head and a rosette; one leaf. Silver thumb piece (small crack on the under-barrel clapper).
Iron grenadières; one leaf. Wooden ramrod with brass tip.
