Powder flask made of deer antler. Period late 16th / early 17th century. Germany. Deer antler carved and engraved on all sides. The front side is composed of a bas-relief sculpture representing a man armed with a sword. At his feet a double-headed eagle, coat of arms of the Habsburgs. The back side is engraved with foliage scrolls. Engraved decorations of interlacing on the contours and foliage friezes on the sides. Iron pouring spout. Please note: some missing parts.
