Samurai Yari spear.
Long wooden shaft, the last quarter adorned with a braided rope hoof, ringed brown lacquer and two gilded copper rings.
Straight "Ho" spear blade with triangular cross-section, double cutting edge and small throat, protected by a green and gold lacquered saya.
At the other end, an old black lacquered metal "Hirumaki" cap protects the shaft from damage caused by contact with the ground.

Dimensions: 252 x 4 x 4 cm.
Length of tip with tang: 36.5 cm.
