Black patent leather top, H 27cm, top width 18cm, bottom width 24cm, with inner patent leather pouch. In the center, a shield-shaped brass plate, embossed with the Gaul cockerel on a ribbon tying a laurel branch and an oak branch on a background of a bundle of flags.
