Shako in the shape of a truncated oblique cone. False chinstrap made of a flat chain of circular copper rings, interlaced in pairs. Gold braid and red wool net around the top of the headpiece. Gold braid and dark red wool V-shaped chevron on each side framing the ventilation eyelets. Size 54/55.
Die-cut and stamped copper plate, model 1906, depicting the arms and motto of Paris surrounded by a branch of laurel leaves on the right and oak leaves on the left, joined by a knot from which hangs the Cross of the Legion of Honor. Non-original tricolor cockade.
Black patent leather visor. Inner cap in sheepskin with seven wolf's teeth, complete with black patent leather chin strap.
Scarlet feather plume, H 16 cm, mounted on a brass rod bent in half. Without its olive tulip.
Worn headpiece in good condition, oxidation of the gold trimmings.
