Beautiful mirror with gilt wood glazing beads, mercury glass, and fine gold gilding.

Beautiful Provençal work from the late Louis XV period, circa 1765-1770 (Nîmes or Beaucaire region). Beautiful vine-themed decoration with bunches of grapes and flowers in high relief.

Our mirror can be hung above a chest of drawers or console table.

It is in excellent condition; the gold leaf gilding has been cleaned by our restorer. No damage. Mercury glass with a spangled tinsel and original parquet flooring.
