Empire period giltwood mirror. The wide frame is decorated with Empire palmettes gilded with gold leaf and fitted with a mercury glass with a bluish tint.

Elegant and perfectly symmetrical, allowing for vertical or horizontal hanging.

In excellent condition, with no damage. The gilding has been cleaned by our gilder. The mercury glass has a beautiful, shimmering tint and some small, old spots.
