    Lucien Joseph Coront Ducluzeau, known as Joseph Coront, born April 19, 1859 in Vanosc in Ardèche, where he died March 26, 1934, is a French painter.
    Member of the Lyon school, this former student of the National School of Fine Arts in Lyon and the National School of Fine Arts in Paris is known for his portraits, sculptures, landscapes and decorative scenes, on different supports (mainly oil and pastel). He was close to the Symbolists (Alexandre Séon) and the critic Alphonse Germain. Some of his works can be found, among others, in the museums of Nantes (Landscape and Head of a Woman), Rolin in Autin (La Liseuse), Annonay (landscapes) and Nîmes (portrait of the sculptor Vidal)
