Brussels porcelain coffee service from the Directoire period, consisting of six liter cups and their saucers. Late 18th century or very early 19th century, circa 1800. The model is depicted on page 115 of the book Faïence et porcelaine de Bruxelles by Jean Lemaire and attributed to the ornamentalist Charles van Marcke de Lummen.

A refined model hand-decorated with polychrome birds, each resting on a branch made of fine gold, the cups and saucers also highlighted with fine gold trim. Each cup and saucer is unique.

They are in excellent condition. The designs and gilding are very fresh. No damage. Some enamel cracks on some pieces - our cups are 220 years old.

Cup diameter: 5.9 cm
Cup height: 6 cm
