Beautiful pair of Empire Restoration - early 19th century, circa 1820, amphora-shaped ornamental vases.

Beautifully decorated with Italian "turning" landscapes: the landscape runs uninterrupted around the vase. Very fine bright gilding throughout.
Quite a large model, very refined production, they can complete a decoration on a piece of furniture or mantelpiece. Our vases are in excellent condition, with very fresh and remarkably well-preserved gilding. No damage except for a small chip at the vase base joint.
