Superb art deco dancer in gilt bronze. Base: 7.5 cm x 7.5 cm Daniel-Joseph Bacqué, French sculptor, born 1874 in Vianne, died 1947 in Paris. He joined Bourdelle's studio and exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français from 1900. He won numerous prizes, including the gold medal in 1922.
