    Large sculpture in patinated bronze of Narcissus by Michele Amodio, after the ancient original discovered in 1862 in Pompeii in the House of Narcissus and now preserved in Naples.
    Narcissus was a hunter in Greek mythology who was distinguished by his beauty. He is represented standing, head down and hand up. He wears a flowery crown on his curly hair and a goat skin on his shoulder. He is wearing high spartan shoes.
