    Important bronze sculpture with a green patina depicting Perseus holding the head of Medusa, after the famous masterpiece by Benvenuto Cellini housed in the Loggia dei Lanzi.

    This bronze cast, made using the lost-wax technique, dates from the first half of the 20th century. The sculpture rests on an elegant Carrara marble base, perfectly integrated into the whole.

    The work displays a high level of craftsmanship with numerous details in the anatomy, the treatment of the drapery, and the representation of Medusa's head. Beautiful antique green patina.

    Condition:
    Very good overall condition. No visible restoration. The bronze and marble base are well preserved.
