We are offering for sale a superb pair of matching bergère armchairs in the Louis XV (French provincial) style. These armchairs are a true centerpiece, ideal for adding timeless elegance and character to your living room, office, or bedroom.

Condition:

These armchairs are in good condition; their frames are solid and they offer comfortable seating. The wooden frames are sturdy and show minimal wear. The caning is intact on both armchairs. The fabric cushions are clean, comfortable, and well-filled. There are very slight marks on the seats.

Shipping

Although we are a UK company, our main showroom is located in Montpellier, in the south of France, and most of our stock is shipped from there; we have been operating successfully this way for many years.

Large Items to the UK and EU

These items will be shipped via our usual transport partners, who operate between the UK, France, and Spain. We expect a shipping time of 2 to 4 weeks. We can also deliver to other EU countries, although delivery times may vary.

We will need your full address to obtain an accurate shipping quote from our freight forwarding partners.

Once the costs are confirmed, we will arrange the packaging and, if necessary, the crating.

The merchandise will then be handed over to our freight forwarding partners in France or the UK and scheduled for the next sea voyage.

Sea freight can take 2 to 4 weeks depending on the destination.

If you do not have a freight forwarder to handle customs duties (taxes may apply to your purchase) and administrative formalities, our shipping partners can assist you with these procedures.

International deliveries (USA, Australia, Asia) can take between 4 and 10 weeks. For small items weighing less than 20 kg and with a circumference (width + 2 x height) of less than 180 cm (which corresponds approximately to a box of 50 x 30 x 40 cm):
